The first visit will be the town of Balchik, a small picturesque place, around 45km from Varna situated on the Northern Bulgarian black sea coast. Balchik is particularly famous for the beautiful palace called 'Quiet Nest Palace'. The Palace was built in the 20th century between 1926 and 1937, during the Romanian control of the region for Queen Marie of Romania.
