Alesund
Ålesund is a port town on the west coast of Norway, at the entrance to the Geirangerfjord. It’s known for the art nouveau architectural style in which most of the town was rebuilt after a fire in 1904, as documented at the Jugendstilsenteret museum. There are panoramic views of Ålesund’s architecture, the surrounding archipelago and fjords from the Mount Aksla lookout.
Hjørungfjord
Hjørundfjorden is a fjord in the traditional district of Sunnmøre in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located mostly within Ørsta Municipality, although part of the mouth of the fjord is in Sykkylven Municipality. The 20-kilometer long fjord is an arm off of the larger Storfjorden.

Trandal is a small village in the Hjørundfjord area of the municipality of Ørsta, Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The village has a population of approximately 7 people. Trandal is located along the Hjørundfjord midway between the villages of Leknes and Hundeidvik. The village is located among the Sunnmørsalpene mountains.
