Dushanbe
Dushanbe, on the Varzob River, is the capital of Tajikistan. On the east bank of the river is Rudaki Park, named for the classical poet. A statue of him stands under an ornate mosaic arch. Nearby is a massive Tajik flag, flying from a towering flagpole. The ancient Tajik warrior Ismoili Somoni is commemorated with a statue and gilded arch. Gusgarf Waterfall
Gusgarf Waterfall is a 7.1 kilometer moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Gusgarf, Tadzhikistan Territories, Tajikistan that features a waterfall and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from March until June.
Varzob Valley
Varzob Valley is the well-known recreation area for Dushanbe residents with many recreation areas and picnic spots here. The Valley is situated some km from Dushanbe – the capital of Tajikistan. ... The Government of Tajikistan has declared Varzob Valley to be a recreation and tourism zone.

The drive to Varzob Valley will take about 40 minutes.
As soon as you will arrive you will start your exploration of the valley with a hiking tour to Gusgarf Waterfall. The route is about 7 km roundtrip.
After reaching the Gusgarf Waterfall you will have time to relax and to start your picnic, organized by your guide.
After that, you will go back to the car to start your trip back to the city.
