Highlights

Kamala Beach
Kamala Beach is a quiet stretch of sand located around 9.5 km north of Patong in Phuket. The beach gently shelves and there are pleasant waves and the sea is lovely and warm. The clear warm waters are enticing and are pretty safe for most of the year. The sea does contain dangerous creatures, such as sea snakes, lionfish, stonefish and jellyfish.
Karon beach
Karon Beach in Phuket is one of the longest beaches on the island, spanning 5 km of fine white sand overlooking the Andaman Sea. The northern end of the beach is usually deserted, making it an excellent spot for those who want the beach to themselves. The southern end, close to Kata, tends to be busier but it isn't that hard to find a nice spot for yourself.
Kata Beach
Kata Beach is a 1.5-km strip of golden sand and is considered one of the most popular beaches in Phuket due to its mix of beauty, facilities and activities. People come each day to soak up the sun and swim in the sea. Often busy but never crowded, this beach is pleasing in many ways.
Kata Noi Beach
Kata Noi is a beach on the southwest side of the island of Phuket in Thailand. It is adjacent to Kata Beach to the south. The beach is bordered to the north by the Mon Tri's Villa Royale Resort, and most of the beachfront are occupied by the resort of Kata Thani.
Nai Harn Beach
Nai Harn Beach is a quiet, compact seaside resort with a village atmosphere and a slightly hippy vibe. Simple shops sell beachwear and Thai crafts, while casual restaurants specialize in local cuisine. Visitors walk the peaceful grounds of Buddhist monastery Wat Nai Harn, and tree-fringed, freshwater Nai Harn Lake is popular for jogging and paddle boating. Nai Harn Beach itself is known for its fine sand.
Patong beach
One of the most popular tourist areas is Patong Beach, whose name translates from Thai as 'banana forest'. The beach became popular with Western tourists, especially Europeans, in the late-1980s.
Phuket
Phuket is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand. It consists of the island of Phuket, the country's largest island, and another 32 smaller islands off its coast. It lies off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. Phuket Island is connected by the Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga Province to the north. The next nearest province is Krabi, to the east across Phang Nga Bay. Phuket Province has an area of 576 square kilometres (222 sq mi), somewhat less than that of Singapore, and is the second-smallest province of Thailand. The island was on one of the major trading routes between India and China, and was frequently mentioned in foreign ships' logs of Portuguese, French, Dutch, and English traders, but was never colonised by a European power. It formerly derived its wealth from tin and rubber and now from tourism.
Phuket Big Buddha
Phuket Big Buddha, or The Great Buddha of Phuket, is a seated Maravija Buddha statue in Phuket, Thailand. The official name is Phra Phutta Ming Mongkol Akenakiri, shortened to Ming Mongkol Buddha. Sitting atop Nakkerd Hill (sometimes Nagakerd) near Chalong, construction began in 2004. Expansion of the base was ongoing as of 2015. By 2017, 80 percent of the project had been completed. It is the third-tallest statue in Thailand behind only the Great Buddha of Thailand and Luangpho Yai.
Windmill Viewpoint
The Windmill Viewpoint is located in the south of Phuket next to the Promthep Alternative Energy Station on the island. From the top, you will see a beautiful panorama of a small island of Ko Man, Nai Harn and Yanui beaches.
Ya Nui Beach
Ya Nui Beach lies between Promthep Cape and Windmill Viewpoint, 2 of Phuket's most popular viewpoints. It's a charming little cove offering good snorkelling, kayaking, and fishing. The sand is soft and comfortable, with plenty of shells for kids to collect.
