Highlights

Cape Peninsula
The Cape Peninsula is a generally rocky peninsula that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean at the south-western extremity of the African continent. At the southern end of the peninsula are Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. On the northern end is Table Mountain, overlooking Cape Town, South Africa.
Cape Point
Cape Point is a promontory at the southeast corner of the Cape Peninsula, a mountainous and scenic landform that runs north-south for about thirty kilometres at the extreme southwestern tip of the African continent in the South Africa.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens
Kirstenbosch is an important botanical garden nestled at the eastern foot of Table Mountain in Cape Town. The garden is one of ten National Botanical Gardens covering five of South Africa's six different biomes and administered by the South African National Biodiversity Institute.
Muizenberg
Muizenberg is a beach-side town in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is situated where the shore of the Cape Peninsula curves round to the east on the False Bay coast. It is considered to be the main surfing spot in Cape Town and is currently home to a surfing community, centered on the popular 'Surfer's Corner'.

Itinerary

08:00

On this round-trip of the peninsula, you’ll see the very greatest, most beautiful highlights that this gem of nature has to offer! Your first stop will be the Cape Point, in the Fynbos rich Cape of Good Hope nature reserve! The next step is entirely optional, a fantastic boat trip to Seal Island. If that’s not your cup of tea then fret not, for the spectacular scenic drive over Chapman’s Peak will more than makeup for this.

So what’s next? Muizenberg! With its magnificent thirty-five-kilometer stretches of truly fantastic beaches, you’d be absolutely mad to pass up an opportunity such as this! Next up is Simon’s Town, home of not only the South African Navy, but also of a spectacular, and entirely unique, colony of penguins! This will all be followed up by a visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, where some four thousand species of indigenous plants live. Not only that but approximately two thousand, six hundred are endemic to the peninsula! Fantastic!

You’ll be returned to the city sometime late in the afternoon.

This tour is not to be missed.
