The guide will meet you in Ísafjörður and you will walk to the harbor. There you will take a speedboat to get to Hornstrandir. The boat ride will take you past mountain cliffs and fjords and will take about 1 hour.
When you arrive at the peninsula, you will walk along the Ádalir valley and enter the Hornstrandir Nature Reserve. During the hiking in the reserve, you will enjoy the scenic views of tundra and fjord from the elevation of 500 meters. You will see the pristine northern nature that will not leave you indifferent.
You will have a picnic among the stunning Icelandic nature and in the afternoon you will reach Kvíadalur valley where you will have lunch.
When the tour finishes, you will take a boat back to Ísafjörður.
