Highlights

Kampot
Kampot is a city on the Preaek Tuek Chhu River in southern Cambodia. It's known for its pepper plantations and salt fields. Many buildings date from the colonial period, including the Governor’s Mansion. The house is now the Kampot Museum, which has exhibits on the city’s history. To the west, Preah Monivong Bokor National Park has a cool climate with forests, waterfalls and wildlife including gibbons and big cats.
Kampot Pepper farm
Kampot Pepper takes its name from the province of Kampot, in southwest Cambodia, some 140 kilometres from the capital of Phnom Penh. The pepper industry dates back to as early as the 13th century, if you can believe it. However, its international popularity and intense production was not until several centuries later. The French colonists had no doubts about their fondness for the flavourful spice. Under their rule, the country was producing a staggering 8000 tons of pepper a year.
Kampot Salt Fields
Visiting the Kampot salt fields will let you take closer look at how the ocean water is let into the fields and left to evaporate naturally into salt crystals under the hot sun. The salt is then collected and delivered to the salt factory for processing. Kampot salt fields produce an average of 13,000 to 14,000 tonnes of yield annually. It is an interesting experience for everyone, not to mention the picturesque sceneries of rural Cambodia that is going to take your breath away en route to the salt fields.
Phnom Chhnork
Phnom Chhnork is a Hindu cave temple in Kampot Province, southern Cambodia, located about 5 miles north-east of Kampot. The temple was built in the 7th century from Funan brick, dedicated to Shiva. It is accessed view stone steps.
Secret Lake
Secret Lake - Brateak Krola Lake or it's often called Thomnob Brateak Krola is located in Kon Sat commune, Teuk Chhou district, Kampot province and far about ~14km away from Durian Roundabout. Lovely lake that's apparently heart shaped from above. Nice views and very scenic. Brateak Krola Lake is in the category of the natural tourism site, and lake or pond.
