You will be picked up at your hotel or cruise port.
Drive through the City of Glasgow highlighting some of the main attractions in the City on route to Stirling. Driving through this vibrant city you will see the West End of Glasgow, passing by Glasgow University, founded in 1451. Your tour will then drive into Glasgow City Centre, visit 800-year-old Glasgow Cathedral with its grand architecture.
Traveling on to Stirlingshire to visit Doune Castle.
Eat lunch in the small village of Aberfoyle, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Trossachs National Park. After lunch, continue through the Trossachs, Scotland’s first national park, known as ‘the Highlands in miniature’ for its abundance of lochs, mountains, and forests.
The final stop on the ‘bonnie banks’ of Loch Lomond, one of the most breathtaking and largest lochs in Scotland. Pause for views of the lochs many islands, and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Then begin your return journey through the Campsie Fells to Greenock, where your shore excursion ends.
