Splendid China Folk Village is a theme park including two areas (Splendid China Miniature Park & China Folk Culture Village) located in Shenzhen. The park's theme reflects the history, culture, art, ancient architecture, customs and habits of various nationalities. It is one of the world's largest scenery parks in the amount of scenarios reproduced. Over 100 major tourist attractions have been miniaturized and laid out according to the map of China. There are cars and trains to transport visitors around the park, making it possible to visit the Great Wall of China, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Three Gorges Dam, Potala Palace and the Terracotta Army in one day. The park also hosts several shows depicting various events in Chinese History (e.g. a horse riding show depicting a battle led by Genghis Khan), Chinese Cultural Show, etc.
Huaqiangbei Commercial Street
As one of the top shopping destinations in Shenzhen, Huaqiangbei Commercial Street is renowned for its electronics markets, but it also has plenty to offer those looking for men’s and women’s fashion. The shopping area starts where Huaqiang North Road (aka Huaqiang Bei Lu) intersects with Shennan Middle Road and then all the way north through to Hongli Road totaling about 1km in length. Recently revitalized after 4 years of construction work, Huaqiangbei Road is now a modern pedestrian-friendly shopping mecca. The area is reported as being the largest electronics market in China, and possibly one of the largest in the world, which stands to reason as Shenzhen is a major producer of electronics goods, and it’s a city where many big brand tech gadgets are produced.
Maoye Mall
Maoye mall, Shenzhen is a perfect destination for a great time with your dear ones. Explore interesting themes, fabulous designs, colorful landscapes, amusing characters, ambient music, props and merchandise available in nearby stores- all at one place. Shenzhen
Shenzhen is adjacent to Hong Kong on the Mainland China border. It has flourished in this favorable location and become the Mainland's 'coolest city'. Just 30 years ago, Shenzhen was a small seaside town. Now it's one of China's biggest and most important cities. Suddenly, the opening of the new bullet train to Hong Kong in 2018 has made Shenzhen a much more popular place for tourists. Now tourists can reach Shenzhen from downtown Kowloon in about 19 minutes. The city has been named one of China's most livable cities and one of the world's 25 top high tech development cities. The list of top 10 cities to visit in 2019 ranks Shenzhen as second in the world! Tourists recognize Shenzhen as one of the best tourist destinations in the world.
