Highlights

Karang Bayan Village
This village is located in Lingsar District and is about 10 kilometer from Mataram City. This place is one of Muslim villages that have strong acculturation with Hinduism. Karang Bayan Village is appointed to become cultural tourism village because of their heritage such as ancient mosque and traditional house used for meeting and conference.
Lombok
Lombok is an island in West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. It forms part of the chain of the Lesser Sunda Islands, with the Lombok Strait separating it from Bali to the west and the Alas Strait between it and Sumbawa to the east. It is roughly circular, with a "tail" (Sekotong Peninsula) to the southwest, about 70 kilometres (43 miles) across and a total area of about 4,514 square kilometres (1,743 square miles). The provincial capital and largest city on the island is Mataram.
Tetebatu
The small village Tetebatu is located quite in the middle of Lombok, about 15 kilometers in linear distance south from the summit of the Mount Rinjani. Tetebatu and the surrounding areas are mainly known for its many rice terraces and paddies. These will most probably remind you of Ubud on Bali. The bonus is the view at the Rinjani, the second highest volcano in Indonesia. Because of that, Tetebatu is also known as “the Ubud of Lombok”. Even though Tetebatu is always green and looks nice even in cloudy weather, the spectacular view of the mountain panorama makes it even more impressive in clear skies.
