This area is a mound of large limestone mines, 500 hectares wide, located on three villages of Jaddih, Rabasan, and Parseh. The scars on the limestone hill created by the mining machine makes a photogenic looks on this white hill attracting local traveler to come and capture the moments. Around the limestone hill, there is one Dutch heritage bunker, once used to store armory. Also a huge swimming pool with green clear water. Local people said that the pond of water presents itself while doing excavation and then formed a large pool.
Madura
Madura, also spelled Madoera, island, Jawa Timur provinsi, Indonesia, off the northeastern coast of Java and separated from the city of Surabaya by a narrow, shallow channel. The climate, flora, and fauna of Madura resemble those of eastern Java, but the soil is generally dry and infertile.
Surabaya
Surabaya is Indonesia's second-largest city with a population of over 2.7 million (5.6 million in the metropolitan area), and the capital of the province of East Java. It is located on the northern shore of eastern Java at the mouth of the Mas River and along the edge of the Madura Strait. To Indonesians, it is known as "the city of heroes" due to the importance of the Battle of Surabaya in galvanizing Indonesian and international support for Indonesian independence during the Indonesian National Revolution. Surabaya is the second most populous city in Indonesia, after Jakarta. Like many other large Indonesian metropolises, many residents reside outside the city limits in a metropolitan area called Gerbangkertosusila. As the main education center, Surabaya has been the home for many students from around Indonesia. Surabaya is an old city that has expanded over time, and its population still grows.
