Our journey will start as we travel from the cruise port to the local market where we will meet the local farmers offering their sun ripe organic vegetables full of flavor. Here we will
purchase our vegetables and make our way to a local restaurant where your cooking class will commence!
Meet your experienced cook who will give you an introduction to the workings of a Greek kitchen as you start to prepare your meal. During your class, you will be hands-on as
you make some traditional Greek dishes- Tzatziki, Eggplant salad, Greek salad, Saganaki cheese, and Moussaka.
With all of the cooking done you will hang up your aprons and enjoy the fruits of your labor as you sit down and enjoy your meal which will be accompanied by the best of the local wines.
During your meal, we will speak about the culture of the Greek kitchen and the wines as we end our day with a dessert and Greek coffee!
Now your tasting experience has come to an end we will make our way back to the cruise port in plenty of time for your ship’s departure
