Highlights

Catalan bay
Catalan Bay is a bay and fishing village in Gibraltar, on the eastern side of The Rock away from Westside.
Europa Point
Europa Point, is the southernmost point of Gibraltar. At the end of the Rock of Gibraltar, the area is flat and occupied by such features as a playing field and a few buildings.
Gibraltar
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and headland, on Spain's south coast. It’s dominated by the Rock of Gibraltar, a 426m-high limestone ridge. First settled by the Moors in the Middle Ages and later ruled by Spain, the outpost was ceded to the British in 1713. Layers of fortifications include the remains of a 14th-century Moorish Castle and the 18th century Great Siege Tunnels, which were expanded in WWII.
Great Siege Tunnel
The Great Siege Tunnels in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar, also known as the Upper Galleries, are a series of tunnels inside the northern end of the Rock of Gibraltar. They were dug out from the solid limestone by the British during the Great Siege of Gibraltar of the late 18th century.

Discover Gibraltar in a fresh and exciting way, on this brand new eco-friendly eBike tour!

Take to the saddle of your electric bike as you cycle to some of the most important highlights in Gibraltar. Explore the historical defences on the west coast of Gibraltar to its most southerly tip, Europa Point, and return to the city via the eastern coastal road, absorbing the Rock’s Mediterranean views and sandy coves.

Highlights along our way will include-

King’s Bastian & Commonwealth park – beautifully landscaped park nestled within the old city walls which provides a peaceful green recreational area in the heart of town.

Nelson’s Anchorage, Rosia Bay- Originally called Rosia Harbour named after a small northern Italian town it is the only natural harbour in Gibraltar and the point that Lord Nelson’s body came ashore after the Battle of Trafalgar

Shrine of Our Lady of Europe– The church is dedicated to Our Lady of Europe, the Catholic patroness of Gibraltar

Europa point and Lighthouse- Also referred to as the Trinity Lighthouse at Europa Point and the Victoria Tower.

Gorham’s Cave Viewing Platform- the complex was a Neanderthal occupation site, covers a landscape of both cliffs and caves, and was made a UNESCO Heritage Site in 2016

Catalan Bay-the small picturesque fishing village is on the east side of the Rock and is the first settlement inside the Mediterranean on the European side.

Landport Tunnel-It was originally the only entrance to the fortification from the land and so was heavily fortified and guarded

Casemates Square-The square takes its name from the British-built Grand Casemates, a casemate and bombproof barracks at the northern end of the square completed in 1817.
