The first part of your cooking class is “Dashi”-making. Also some Japanese seasonings will be discovered.

The next step is to prepare toppings, make rice, and also get to know some secrets regarding rolling and shaping. By the end of cooking you will make a plate of 7 pieces of Nigiri, Inari and 3 kinds of sushi rolls.

And then it’s time to enjoy your cooking with green tea!
